So.

It's October--my favorite time of year, as you can see below. However, with the delight of crunchy leaves, apples with caramel dip and the air just smelling right comes the fact that I get a little antsy as things settle down for the winter.

One may call this angst.

So if anyone has any ideas about what I should do with my life, please pass them my way. Ideas with positive income streams take precedence over those that will just end up costing me more money.

ach ja! With winter comes the short days and here in Lansing the many overcast and gloomy ones as well.
What to do? Bake cookies, and take long walks on the river walk. They'll balance each other out!

Hello, dear! You still haven't called (boo on you!) and I've lost your number (boo on me!). Again, as always, I do so enjoy your blog. I read it and it makes me miss you a teensy bit less. To make the moneys you could always do what I do- teach English as a Second Language! I LOVE it and cuddle it and try and make it feel a little guilty after a few glasses of wine but then I bake it zucchini bread and it's all perfect again. It gives me hope for winters ahead- right about now I believe Bozeman has just about as many and nearly as severe bitter cold snaps (for someone in our field, anyway) as Michigan. Take care, of yourself and those very nearly criminal babes of yours! -Jessica
